I've won several awards during my career including Best Learning Technologies Project and Start Up business of the year.

My Process
Analysis
I work closely with you to understand your learning needs and generate a full report on what your organisation, senior team and staff or customers need. This includes a curriculum overview and detailed summation of the digital content needed.
Design
I'll put together storyboards showing the layout of the digital learning content. It will detail the interactions, audio notes and production information.
The storyboards are signed off before any content is built.
Development
Storyboards guide the development process where the content comes to life using software such as Articulate Storyline.
Implementation
The source files are SCORM compliant and are uploaded to your learning management system. Everything is designed to work on your preferred platform and can be responsive to work on mobile phones.
Evaluation
The Design phase takes into consideration the learning outcomes required and at the end of the project I assess the impact of the experience. It is critical to evaluate the learning and identify any further learning needs.
Learning Pedagogy
I have a teaching background and have continued to keep up to date on how people learn. I apply a number of different theories to the work I do.
I believe in constructivism so the idea that people build on their own experiences in life and acquire knowledge and skills that become encoded into what they know already.
I use Gagne's Nine Events of Instruction to shape the interaction

Consultancy Work
I work on a day or project rate to analyse your organisation's learning and development requirements and put together key learning documents, including:

Learning Design
If you need digital, blended or even face-to-face learning units created, I can work on the end to end elements from Analysis to Evaluation and provide you with the source files you need for your platform.
If you prefer, I can work on any stage to fit in with your team or project requirement, so if you just need storyboards or you just need your ideas build out, happy to help!
Tuition
